Carlos If you are still wondering how to lower it they are cake, also that bug can sell mre then 3k i know i have oodles of german cars all are vdubs. Also you want any tips tricks or anything of the sort ask I built enough at once even my friends say im sick. An when it comes to an engine take it out and but a weinkel in it DAMN EASY AND SWEET.

 

And putting a flat 6 in a bug is impossible without an outrageous amount of work.

THIS type 3 has one I built and it was a pain.

Is sweet but some say its deadly, cause how the axle is set up in a bug to a rotary out put its like pure raw power straight to the ground. I must say though who ever has does it have some balls

believe it or not... a few months ago if not longer.. this was on craigslist and the guy wanted to trade my dad for something he had.. but we didnt get it since we already had 3 bugs .. but now we have none and a crap load of parts..

 

PIR bug in here we come.
