Likely they are confused and are trying to sell you a BRAKE master. They had vertical outlet. Tell them to try CLUTCH master. 

 

Check your old one, should be 5/8?

 

Amazon has them in 5.8 fits almost all Datsuns and Nissans...

Both are vertivle on the masters on a 521 and they SAE size.

 

oh another thing is you might have to cut the threaded rod also as it make be too long as you install and hook up the rod to the pedal and push the mashet to the bulk head it will push on the rod thus applying pressure too soon.

I put the nut on and cut the rod then unscrew the nut to clean the threads.
