Anything is possible but for all the effort it would be easier to just leave it or get another to replace it. It would have to be mounted higher than the pump so it flows down hill.

Is there a website or link that sells the exact replacement for the pump? I have the oem pump with the reservoir on the pump.

and the power steering return line nipple looks to be jb welded and leaks so all the atf that leaks from there would in future , destroy all my rubber bushings and linkages for suspensions, sway bar etc

So what's leaking the return line on the reservoir? Go to a wrecking yard and get another reservoir.

The return line is not under any pressure. I can't see what you have but find a way to seal it.
