Contacted powerbrakes and with shipping it's very expensive and it's not guaranteed to last. Is it that much harder to brake without one? Would an increased bore of the m/c help that much? I have long legs haha

The brake booster on the 620 increases the master cylinder output pressure by about 50% over no booster. This means less leg work for better stopping. ANYTHING that reduces driver fatigue is a good thing.

A larger master cylinder will move more fluid but at the cost of higher foot pressure. Simply put you can't get something for nothing.

Yes a larger diaphragm has more surface area for the vacuum to work on however the booster will have to be a larger diameter. There are clearance issues with the clutch master to it's left and the steering column below it. The 620 booster is already extended out from the firewall on a pedestal, more and it's in the way of the air filter. In a car the left strut tower is close to getting in the way.

The 620 uses a 6" booster. The 710 and 610 do also.  I have one that's 6" so from a 620 or more likely a 710, I've had both.
