Stinky
I.m presently installing a Holley Sniper TBI on my 86 D21. It has a throttle.plate opening of 1.420 (39.5 mm). I took the gaskets to the local water.jet cutting place and they started out on on my adapter plate ($70) 1 Quote Link to comment
Stinky
I JB.Welded a 1/4" nut on the end of the Holley.s shaft and bolted the Nissan.s "Cable Plate" on to the TBI and therefore brazed the plate on to the linkage. I drilled a hole into the linkage that lined up w.the plate. The end of the throttle cable now goes thru the Nissan plate and into the Holley.s linkage... Oh, the Holley.s linkage had metal that went below the mounting surface....I ground this off. Quote Link to comment
Stinky
This black bracket kicked my posterior. I bent and re.bent it and re.bent it. Then I drilled another hole in it. The fittings are AN Boss O.ring and are on order @ Napa. The temp.sensor is pictured. The O2 sensor went into the stock Nissan's spot. 2 Quote Link to comment
