There is a left and a right. But I'm pretty sure you can use two of one side. They are mirror image of each other so one will be upside down looking or front to back. All that matters is the toe in or out setting.

Those are Tie Rod assemblies, not tie rod ends

In general, R and L tie rod ENDS have right-hand threads and left-hand threads. But with the 620 steering linkage the threads are in the cross rod (drag link)

The eBay listing says Tie Rod End, but they are actually assemblies

I wonder if those pictured are aftermarket, because they do not look mirror images of each other. Perhaps a better way of making the part?

I bought from Ebay a pair of Tie Rods for My truck.

When looking, seems like all of them are the same, Left and Right.

According to the website it fits left, and Right

Do they have to be different? If so, where should I order them from ?

The listing says they fit the 521 also...

I can say for a fact the left and right for the 521 are different, the 620 also has 2 different part numbers....

If you place them on a table side by side and have 1 end sitting flat ,threads up,  the opposite end should be pointing in opposite direction from the other....

I couldn't find my old pic to show this...
