A10 Rockers Source Found?

Vasilis, a Greek gentleman who has metal fabrication experience has volunteered to build me some rockers for under about 500 bucks. Considering how patch panels go for other vehicles that's pretty damn competitive, so I will be doing it I think. 

 

I am sending him a sample of my rocker and measurements and he plans to fabricate them. 

 

Once I've purchased if I can I will try to get him to do other people's if they need. But overall I had a very pleasant discussion with him. This leaves me getting rear lower quarters and wheel arches. I might have to settle for tiger hair on the wheel arch and do some custom fabrication for the other parts... But honestly this is really good news.

Better check. It may be like the original 510 and has a slight taper to it. Maybe a sample from both ends?

Yep that sounds like a good idea. I'll confirm measurements but my plan was actually to cut somewhere in the middle because the edges are where mine is ruined.
