Xiao_Hu
The gentleman I purchased my car from has a sedan from 1978 that he wants to get rid of. I don't have a whole lot of photos and this guy is not much on the internet but I have his contact information. He has two four door sedans, one is in pretty good shape the other one is a parts car because it looks like the entire body is eaten away. But I didn't look too closely at it. He wants to sell both vehicles for around $2500 or so. If anyone's in the market for this type of car (I can't be the only crazy person who likes this car) let me know I'm trying to get photos from him but it ain't the easiest thing. datzenmike
A non running car is worth it's weight in scrap steel. If you can't drive it you can't put a value on what's needed to repair: the brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, electrical, steering, cooling system, exhaust, nor a value on the parts you can get off it. If one is in ok shape and the other a parts car why are they worth $2,500 each? Best to not try to sell something that you don't own. Quote Link to comment
Xiao_Hu
I'm not looking to sell it myself. I was specifically giving out information on a rare vehicle. I'm relaying information because he's not an internet guy. You got to understand; there are people out there who have apprehension with using the internet because they didn't grow up with it or what not. This is a bit of that case. I turned down both vehicles because I wanted a coupe. I did take a spare fender and a couple of other parts that he had lying around though. Quote Link to comment
