Honorary Datto - My 2004 G35 Coupe

I bought this car waaay back in 2006 when it was barely 2 years old and had about 45,000 miles on it.

 

It is now 20 years old and has 200,000 miles on it. I still love it. 🙂




The clutch has some issues and needs to be replaced. The transmission is a heavy bitch and my back is just a bitch lol. 
I asked Jeff if I could borrow his lift and he said no problem. 

So come hang out with me and Icehouse at ratsun.net headquarters while we pull the 6-speed and put in a new clutch.

I’ve always loved the look of these. I’m old enough to remember their release.  The first one I saw was silver and had been rebadged as a Skyline GT.  
 

Dude that owned it later put a Stillen supercharger kit on it, if I’m remembering this right. It was honestly fun to ride in. 
 

Also, I think I saw this car in the background of one of the pics Hobo sent me back in the day.

They were skylines everywhere but the US. 

It was parked up at his place for a couple years.

And that's why my fuel pump died again and I ain't replaced the antenna that is stuck or got into removing the radiator that has a leak 🤣

And the oil probably needs changed too
