Wondering if this is a good price for a Datsun 620 king cab

Hey I'm looking for a project and this truck seems to be priced a little high. I could be wrong. He says he's been trying for a year and is firm on the price. Two rust spots on bed and door. I plan to eventually engine swap it so I'm split between waiting for a non running 620 and if I like the king cab versus base model. Appreciate any opinions. Price is in Canadian $.

Some like me don't do f/b so I have no idea of price or condition. A year and not sold and price maybe too high just means he's in no hurry to sell. Maybe never intends to sell just showing off what he thinks it's worth.

The seller also sells a lot of old cars and has very negative reviews. It sounds like he is a used car dealer.

Check for rust under the car and along the door sill panels if those areas are clean this could be a bargain.
