SSR said they are one of SSR's rarest wheels. :w00t: (Longchamps not even making the list)They had 2 versions; A one piece version and a 3 piece version.Then they changed the lip design on the 3 piece and then stopped production.I have the earlier model 3 piece with a rounded inner stepped lip. Im trying to get all 7 (as far as my research goes Ive found 7 types of superstars well 8 including a 5 stud version of the 07s) Ive seen lots of 01s pop up local and on Yahoo Japan, not a massive fan of them so havnt bothered getting any yet but I will eventually haha I always thought these were II's not III's, but finding info on these old wheels isnt easy so I could be wrong. Did you contact SSR to get info on these? I missed out on these a while ago, only pair I've ever seen- Not sure what series they are guessing 4 or 6? any one here have any ideas? also bid and lost on a set of another type that look similar to advan a3a's I think they were listed as superstars 05's, I have photos saved on another computer with the details. Also have bid on a set and another 2 pairs of these- all of which I was outbid :( From my research these are Superstar 07's, they have also got a 5 stud version but Ive only seen magazine scans of them, listing them as 08s. I have no idea what wheels fill in the other numbers, but one day Im hoping to have them all! Anyone know of the wheels to fill in the gaps? 1 Quote Link to comment

Haha its not so much that I need the money, more just need to stop being lazy/looking for wheels and actually work on it, I guess having 3 project cars, Full time work and full time uni doesn't help either haha And I dont think Ill ever sell the Phantoms, they are by far my favourite rim. There is a set of the older one piece style phantoms for 25,000Yen on Yahoo Japan atm, been up for a while and haven't sold, guess most ppl are like me and prefer the 3 piece style. I don't know about filling in the gaps but them rims are all so bitchin that I wish they were in 6 lug!!! Damm it!!! Haha I know they make 5 lug versions of some, but guess the style cant really work with 6 lug. Different style but they are making 6 lug hoshinos now, can buy brand new off Yahoo Japan.
