So the seller agreed to a partial refund and I kept the transmission.

 

I am finding it hard to find a shop to rebuild it, mostly because they seem uncertain where they might find parts for a rebuild. Any thoughts on this?

The FS5W63A was the standard transmission in the '77-'79 S10 200sx, and also optional in the  '78-'81 A10 HL510. The cone bearing on the front counter shaft is difficult to locate.

It's a 60 series from a 79-81 210

Ah, 210 60 series into a B-210. Got it.

 

'79 is a FS5W60L with reverse above first or dogleg

'80- is a  FS5W60A regular H shift pattern.
