23100 is the first 5 digits of Nissan alternators. The last 5 digits U5802 I can't locate, so while it may fit the 510/521 this alternator was not on our 510s and was used in Japan?

I just ordered the 35 amper for my 521 as when I do drive it I drive it more thanmy 510. I  like the smaller one as it fit in the 521 better.

Should have looked closer. Yeah, only the 35 amp will fit the trucks. Don't use the 35 amp on the 510 thy were 50 stock.

I got spare 50amps for my510 anyways autozoem or Als back in the day . A Beck Armley rebuild.  But orginal was a 30/35 amper in the 510 just to let you know. at least was in my 510

Clearly remans (not saying anything negative about your choice to buy) since they are in the original Hitachi cases with Nissan stamped part numbers.

I can easily imagine that they are ten times that amount to buy from the dealer. For $33 just how much goes into the replaced parts.

yeah I know but I figured it had a KOYO sticker and made in Japan (maybe rebuilt in Japan?)but that could be just the Hitachi case. But if just getting rid of old stock and wanting space CLOSEOUT. it could be real. I found NOS rocker arms for 8-9$ a few yrs ago and said it was too good to be true and they were fine. Now I got 3 lifetimes worth that mostly never will use. But Alternators I just cant get 8months to 1.5 yrs out of on a daily driver. I dont daily them anymore but I just FUCKING HATE  Autozone and O Riley starters and Alternators.

New cars now man they can go 10years 200k with out changing a alternator

 

the WAI Brand New chinese made I got from PartsGeek went 3 years before it shit the Bed. (so about 30K Miles)

The alternators look new, not rebuilt. Nobody would take the time to refinish the aluminum case to look fresh out of the casting. Most rebuilders are blasting their cases.

 

New boxes could be because the old ones were trashed from age. Resellers rebox their stuff sometimes.
