I make this claim because diesel is more expensive than gas and yet its cheaper to produce. The only real pollution that seems to have no solution is the pollution of perception. I received a couple of $2 at Canby one year, still have one because of it's oddity and it is only somewhat rare. This is a 2003A. Below it is a $2 Canadian bill, I carried in my wallet for years and the leather stained it. 1986 was the first edition of the last issue. The $2 bill was replaced by a coin in '96 because it lasts longer than paper. They are heavy and a nuisance though.
