datzenmike Posted December 25, 2021 Report Share Posted December 25, 2021 The 520/521/620 and 720 leaf springs are the same length. 720 leaf springs have been installed on 620 without ill effect or problems so I imagine they will reverse. Not much else will swap. Quote Link to comment
620slodat Posted December 25, 2021 Report Share Posted December 25, 2021 Just be aware that different years might have different weight capacities. The earlier years might have greater capacity than your 720. You will need to take the year of the 620 the springs came off of, and if it is a 2X4 or 4X4, and do some research.
