KA swapped 620’s show me your exhaust! Primarily around the trans x-member

As the title states let’s see em. I’m thinking I may have to route mine above or through the x-member somehow. I no longer have torsion bars so that frees up some room. But I’d like some ideas.

I used oval piping for my swap. and why is the flex section right there? move it towards the engine more

Here's how I solved a cross member in the way...

 

 

Done right the cross member is even stronger after. This is a 720 2wd frame but with a 720 transfer case installed. This is the difference between 2 and 4wd frames.

Right. Move that flex section forward about 8 inches so it's not the lowest point.

 

Oval tubing is great, but building an entire exhaust system out of it is challenging. Ideally you would use it just for the low straight section and then go back to round tubing. Unless you want to exit out the side, like NASCAR.
