Drummerboy4as
As the title states let’s see em. I’m thinking I may have to route mine above or through the x-member somehow. I no longer have torsion bars so that frees up some room. But I’d like some ideas. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Here's how I solved a cross member in the way... Done right the cross member is even stronger after. This is a 720 2wd frame but with a 720 transfer case installed. This is the difference between 2 and 4wd frames. 1 Quote Link to comment

Stoffregen Motorsports
Right. Move that flex section forward about 8 inches so it's not the lowest point. Oval tubing is great, but building an entire exhaust system out of it is challenging. Ideally you would use it just for the low straight section and then go back to round tubing. Unless you want to exit out the side, like NASCAR. You can buy oval tubing or bends online. SPD in Sac makes it. Their stuff is beautiful. http://www.spdexhaust.com/ Quote Link to comment
demo243
Gotta move that flex joint and youll save yourself some room. Heres my set up That is the lowest point. Here is the best ride height photo I can find where you can see it if you look closely. Only scraped it a couple times, barely. 2 Quote Link to comment
