kudu Posted October 17, 2021 Report Share Posted October 17, 2021 I went to go turn on my headlights and when i slightly pulled the knob the whole knob along with the wire on the back side pulled out as well. I was wondering where that black cable on the backside runs to? Quote Link to comment

It transmits light from a source to the knob to illuminate it when the parking lights are turned on. The wiper knob is also illuminated by cable from the same source. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike Posted October 17, 2021 Report Share Posted October 17, 2021 There's a black cylinder that houses the bulb.Abut the diameter of a flasher unit but longer. Find the one on the wiper and follow it back. Been so long... might be attached near the steering column? Quote Link to comment
