What's a 620 worth?

Buddy spotted an ad on Kijiji for an "rust-free Arizona" 620 for $3000 if picked up in AZ, or tack on another $4000 if the seller brings it up North.

Not that I'm looking to buy, but wondering on estimated values for these trucks. If it runs, does 3 large seem reasonable?

It could be. Take your '75 plates and the engine tag with you and fly down and drive it home.

Looks like it's $7000.

I'd say $3000 is not out of the question. It's a 79 KC, so probably the most desirable. Other than for the california folks which are looking for smog exempt vehicles.

 It did have disc brakes as mentioned, also the internally regulated alternator and ball joint suspension/steering carried over from the '78.very desirable matchbox EI ignition. (first and the last year for the 620)  KCs all had bucket seats, first year for factory option air con. Pictures are too damn small and none of the interior and dash or the engine bay. Sun and heat are murder on interiors. The '79 also had chrome trim around the drip rails and inset into the rubber around the opera windows. Standard transmission differential was changed to the 4.11 but the old 4.375 was optional.

Desert states are not easy on vehicles that sit. There's probably not one ounce of rust on it, but I bet the interior, including the dash, steering wheel, seat and even window rubbers,  I bet that's all trash.
