henry
Hi, So, I ended up buying the front doors rubber squeegees from Daps. I'm not sure how to install the inner ones. Does anyone know how it's done. I really don't want to mess it up! Thanks folks, Henry 1971, 510, SW Quote Link to comment
KELMO
Henry, I just posted on this, like today. Search "so I bought this goon" Wait, it was the outers I was doing today and yesterday. The inners should be fairly easy. There is a channel that you need to clean all of the old shite out of and then the new one just push right in. The inners are WAY easier than the outers. Pretty sure I didn't take pics of the inner install but it may be in the same thread, but I doubt it. I'm an old guy, I forget a lot of stuff. 2 Quote Link to comment
Duncan
Kelly, if you squeeze them in around the glass, do they stay there when the windows are run up and down? I put mine in while the doors were apart, and remember putting a small bit of weatherstrip adhesive on the lower end of the channel to help them stay in place.. I'm old, too.... 1 Quote Link to comment
KELMO
So the windows were down when I installed the inners. For now I am keeping all of the windows up as the car is just sitting (waiting for pokey de la slow to get his poop in a group). I did not use any adhesive and I am fairly sure when I do have to roll down a window the seal stays. Dammit, now I gotta go look. Quote Link to comment

Yes, they do stay in place when I run the windows up and down. Quote Link to comment
