Issues with vacuum lines?

So i have this 73 620 and it has a L16 with a weber 32/36 carb and start up good and Drives good until it gets warmer then it starts to bog down like vapor locking? Or gasping for air or fuel .Truck doesnt overheat or anything.There is this hose that's ripped not sure if its a vacuum line that I didnt install right or other issues you guys might know.

 It will run fine with the hose off but then you don't get the advantages of having a working PVC system. Long as the hoses are air tight it will work OK. If you can find a new proper hose, one that is larger on one end than the other.... get it. Must be oil and gas resistant or it will dissolve over time.

So is this the reason it bogs down after it warms up?almost like vapor lock or or something like that

No as I said it will run the same if the hose is on or off..

 

 

Runs well when cold could be that the choke being on forcing a rich mixture is masking a lean condition. Once the choke is off, the lean condition take over.

 

Check that the gaskets on the Weber adapter plate are not leaking. Or that the adapter plate is not cracked from over tightening the bolts Or the adapter bolts have come loose.

 

I see the EGR manifold where the PCV valve is, has been deleted so make sure there is no vacuum leak there.
