Safari
Hi guys! Need some advice on where to source rally-spec competition half shafts. I have been rallying my 510 for a number of years including two marathon 5000km Classic Safari rallies and we ran into trouble with the standard half-shafts we are currently running. Doesnt matter what U-joint we use, sometime, it just goes pop! 😞 We are running a 1800 engine with a SW head, so not putting through as much power as the Zs! So if its good enough for them, should be plenty for us! We are competing in this years safari in November. Thanks so much in advance! 🙂 https://www.facebook.com/rally4rhinos/ 1 Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
I don't have any info for you, but your car is awesome. Love the stance and livery. Quote Link to comment
iceman510
Is it just the U-jts breaking? I don't know what you are running for a differential, but here is a company that has a good reputation. I have not used their products. https://www.driveshaftshop.com/import-axles/datsun Quote Link to comment
docbainey
If you got the cash these bits from Troy Ermish might just be the ticket. His latest offering comes with the companion flanges and diff stub axels to eliminate the adapters. https://www.ermish-racing.com/rear-suspension Quote Link to comment
