Bluey2kz28
Anyone think about swapping a late model LTG 2.0 turbo with a 6 speed manual transmission into a 720 regular cab? 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Should fit lengthwise by virtue of being a 4 cylinder. Oil pans are always a concern because of front steering and cross member support of the torsion bars. $9k not including transmission? 1 Quote Link to comment
Bluey2kz28
Yes, that always seems to be the issue when doing a swap. As far as the cost, I won't be going with a brand spanking new LTG. I propose to go the wrecking yard route instead. What say you? 1 Quote Link to comment

Icehouse
Can the stock ECU be used? Or does it have some sort of anti theft / check for all important systems like Nissan or Honda? 1 Quote Link to comment

I'm sure it can, but it may have to be re-flashed. GM Performance was offering a plug n play package, but due the high cost, they took it off the catalog. 1 Quote Link to comment
