Time to pull the cab

Recommended Posts

Thought I’d ask for pointers on getting the cab off the frame.  Any special do’s or don’ts?  Got the cab bolts out with out breaking any, although the two front will need replacing. Grade 8 or 10 as replacements?  Haven’t found a place for replacement bushing. TIA

On a 720/D21 Hardbody and anything newer you can disconnect the steering column from the steering box and lift it away but for the 620/521/520, you'll have to take the bed and the steering wheel off and slide the cab up and back off the column. I've done this on a 620.

The bolts don't have to be anything special.
