Removing King cab 1/4 Windows

Anyone have a system for removing the 1/4 windows without destroying the gasket?

Spritz soapy water all around the inside rubber and push them out from the inside. Go round and round pushing evenly on the glass and the gasket will stretch until it goes over the lip. You can't force it, you have to 'work' it.

This dog would not hunt in my neck of the woods (or sand, as it were). Almost every weatherstrip I have removed has been brittle and cracked.

Check and make sure the rubber is pliable (plyable ? think I spelled it right the first time).

Do it on a warm day also.
