And that's what happens when you have no social structure for section 8 housing. When they aren't close to the help they need, good schools for kids, good paying jobs for the family. I'm literally in the same scenario. Yard filled with cars across the street, a half-way home for single mothers next door. No one takes care of the yards. No drugs fortunately but nice enough people and they don't fuck with me so we don't have any probs. 

It's not always about "making good decisions and you won't be poor" dude. Sometimes people just get fucked by life. When you are poor, and even more so when you're SUPER poor, it's even harder to scrounge yourself up 'by your boott straps' and get yourself right. Do you know how difficult it is for a homeless person to get a job? That shit's fuckin crazy. No one is going to hire you if you're unkempt, and stink, and your clothes look like shit, and that's not even going into the other stuff like "do you have a car or bus pass" or "whats your previous work experience" or "whats your address". (That doesn't mean that there aren't a bunch of leeches that refuse to get help. My uncle is one of them,)  That doesn't mean you take the support structure that is critical for people being able to make it back into a 'normal' life.

I had big dreams of shooting Hogs in Texas and I thought that would be a good gun for it M1A. But one of the last times I went to S Carolina to hunt hogs the guy ho took me  had a small black razor back he got when he killed the mother. He raised it,I called hime Sid Vicous as he had really strong razor back look. He just loved being with people. After that I kinda lost interest killing hogs. Maybe I can get back into it later

A controlled burn is ok if not a managed forest. Good luck with a controlled burn near towns and people. As for the below.  They use controlled burns as a secondary option in managed forests where they clear out all brush, debris, and dead trees out here in VA around heavily populated areas and we don't have any issues with injunctions. https://www.nasa.gov/image-feature/goddard/2020/controlled-burn-in-virginia-brings-ash-and-smoke-to-dc-area   Its not impossible to do, but yes it is only one piece of the puzzle.  Adequate resources for responders and early detectionwarning are another major piece.  As far as building better homes I really don't know how you build a home to not be flammable.  Even concrete burns if the fire is hot enough.  But even if there was a miracle material it would take 30-50 years to replace the average home already in place.

I am not particularly religious, but thankfully, was raised in a religious home. I realize looking  at stories, told and retold for hundreds of years, as having any basis in fact, is a bit crazy. The wrist or forehead mark is very specific and reading about new innovations that could be implanted in your wrist  to access your bank account, was enough to give me pause. The prophecy does not mention that the mark is forced and I believe  when it is offered, it will be  something the public  will insist. 

 

I think of my concessions to the digital age e.g. I was and still am not happy that Google (and whoever they are in agreement) can access my real time location and where I have been through the  Maps app. and I fought it for a long time.....but damn, if it is not convenient.  Eventually, I caved and  am now one of the many tracked by Google. (I am looking at phone holsters that are lined with wires creating a Faraday cage) Ever lost your bankcard or had it stolen? I have and the hassle of canceling it and setting up all the accounts linked to the card, a wrist chip would be tempting. Also, having your complete medical history available if you are in an accident, would be beneficial and save lives. People are not going resist having something implanted in their wrist, they are going to demand it.

 

Bottom line, I remain highly skeptical of religious doctrines but realize myth is often conceived in fact. To dismiss them outright, would not be prudent.
