Right. Telling Kushner to do this makes Kushner a diplomat.  He's the one going back and forth ironing out the details. This is like ordering a car from GM and you get to say you built it. Possibly setting something in motion does not make you a diplomat or a car maker.

A bit of history. 

 

The president was never supposed travel over seas until Teddy Roosevelt. He was the chief law officer and was to stay home and work domestic related matters. The ambassadors and diplomats were sent out as the extension of the USA voice to work on trade and peace treaties. 

 

Only within the last 120 years has the chief officer become a international representative.  The diplomats are still extension of the chief officer to this day. So good things that come from the diplomats sent out at the request of the chief officer still lays the outcome of good or bad at the feet of Donald Trump. 

 

Like it or not Trump initiated these talks. Kuschner, and many others did the leg work.

I don't believe Rittenhouse was a terrorist (nor a hero), but I believe that after he shot the first dude and ran - that he was breaking the law and was no longer acting out of self defense and should see charges (especially since he shouldn't have had a weapon there). Same with the dumbass that pulled a gun and got shot in the arm. What does this have to do with Trump or the probs that I brought up earlier though?

I don't necessarily agree with your points on those topics, HOWEVER I do agree that US media is biased. I have said it multiple times, you shouldn't trust US media - I have pointed out who I usually go to for info, but even then I try to fact check it if it smells fishy.

I admit that... could be true. But no word of him going there for talks, not even mentioned that he couldn't be available for something because he was too busy working on that peace plan. No mention of either of the parties coming for a visit and talks. It's like it never happened ...... because it probably never happened. Negotiator and diplomat and not the same thing. They are almost mutually exclusive.
