Doing some additional reading, this might be a bit pre-mature. I am seeing some conflicting reports of which states are joining in. I'll just say some states have joined in, some are still thinking about it.

Finding out from the inside why the FBI doesn't chase political actors really fucking made me boil over. So the FBI throws their weight at common folk like their a massive benevolent superman figure, but seem to be absolutely vacant and inept upholding law against politicians. 

 

Learning why is fucking disgusting. They're literally a clan inside the US government. They use kompromat files against government officials to operate on their own terms. If they have salacious information or compromising data on a powerful figure, its used to  gain leverage. You could assume why they sat on Hunter Biden's kompromat for over a year until the whistle was blown by an outsider was assumed for leverage of a possible Biden administration. Notice Hunter is still free as fuck and no indictments happened. 

 

FBI, CIA, and NSA operate largely on their own terms unless they are really sloppy, and then the fake inquisition comes in to remove a guy with no consequence less than a 6 figure job and book deal.

I think that EVERY election EVERYWHERE is going to have someone on the outside (even on the inside) trying to influence it to their advantage. It's prudent to do so. There's going to be some compromising, it's inevitable, the question is simply, how much can you live with. You're still speeding if 1/2 mph over the limit as 50 over.

 

Suppose you found out later that an outside agency in a small way influenced and helped you win an election for their own unknown to you, motives. You don't owe them anything and were not involved in it in any way. So what do you do? What should you do.

 

1/ do nothing and hope no one finds out

2/ hope no one finds out but take measures preventing this in the future

3/ be transparent and take what you've learned to authorities to decide

Right off the top in that report it makes the assertion that Putin ordered the hacking of the DNC servers.

 

That is factually false, and not only factually false but the FBI agents emails/texts recently released confirmed it was false, and none of the data on the server was packaged to be removed in any manner, but was intentionally sent to Wikileaks by "their guy" to create a false crime.

If anyone followed along with independent news investigating this they would be able to dip into what was available in real time. What I have noticed is that no one did and then took the word of their regular convenient source of info thinking it was truthful.
