Gas prices in my part of Oklahoma are hovering around $3.80. I opened my indeed account for the first time since I retired in September. Lots of offers to apply. Groceries are higher here, but this state is still cheap to live. Highway Patrol & local cops are alternating between pursuing out of state CDL drivers with Cali & NY """CDLs""" & snatching up criminal illegals. OKC & Tulsa both have ICE watch/warning groups on social media. Their pages get 10% frowny faces, 90% 😆. Oilfield is going nuts. General consensus is that even OPEC is fed up with Iran's 47 years of temper tantrums. Chinese don't love Trump but they love global commerce & they want the Iran crap ended ala Malcolm X. Labour is begging Kier Starmer to resign but he is staying strong! God bless him! FYI, he has stated he never dreams or has a favorite movie or song. He's an absolute leftist ideologue who will destroy his party before engaging in bipartisanship. He gives off a Strelnikov vibe, somewhere my love! Mamdani doxxed billionaire (filmed outside the guys house, called him by name, suggested guys like him aren't suffering enough. In light of lefties calling for the death of such men the billionaire is rescinding proposed expansion in NY & considering moving the entire shebang to Florida. Anheiser-Busch recently shuttered a brewery with 50 years of production in California citing a hostile business climate (true) while Newsome cites youngsters drinking less (also true). Thatcher said the problem with socialism is eventually you run out of other people's money. Looks like we'll get to see that in real time. Still don't know how the midterms play out but the dims' message seems to be orange man bad as they appear to be hapless, helpless & hopeless.

I found this method by experimenting but there are probably many ways to do it. Go to you-tube and load your video and here you can pause it if you want. At top of page is www.youtube.com, followed by lots of numbers and letters. Left click this and it becomes highlighted. Hit the ctrl and C buttons together to copy. Go to Ratsun post where you want to place the video and hit ctrl and V buttons together to paste the you tube address and after a short pause it shows.

When it comes to 'computers' I'm basically an Iraqi taxi driver. I can drive the car, no problem, and the pedal in the middle stops the car. But when it comes to how they work, repairs or checking the brake fluid, I haven't a clue.

I Still.have a computer, lap top and printer with fax but hardly use them.I also have a Kodak Z95 camera that is digital.I did many videos on my 720 with it and some Pink Floyd's and others. It stamps the date on my pictures.I can still take pictures with it and put it on photo paper,Big and small.My Printer does it.I still have fax from my printer.It is a HP.Computers are Dell.I still use Window 7.Works good.Ratson.net is better on the computer.Imgur is good on computer.I cant send pictures from my phone on that site.

Between 2018 and 2020 former IRS contractor Charles Edward Littlejohn — who worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, a defense and national security tech firm — leaked President Trump’s tax returns to two news outlets.  In 2024, Littlejohn was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty. {citation}

President Trump filed a lawsuit against the IRS for $10 billion in compensation following the intentional IRS leaking of his tax returns.  Today, the IRS and DOJ settled with President Trump by establishing a $1.7 billion fund for victims of IRS targeting.

The Associated Press, mainstream media and leftist in congress are framing the settlement announcement as President Trump paying his allies and MAGA supporters.  However, the fund is set up to pay all victims of IRS targeting regardless of political affiliation.

If the media and democrats are correct that only President Trump supporters will benefit from the $1.7 billion IRS victim compensation fund, then by direct implication the media are asserting that only President Trump supporters were targeted by the IRS.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Trump administration on Monday announced the creation a $1.7 billion fund to compensate allies of the Republican president who believe they were mistreated by the Biden administration Justice Department.

The “Anti-Weaponization Fund” was announced by the Justice Department as part of a deal to resolve President Donald Trump’s lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service over the leak of his tax returns.

 

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said in announcing the fund in a statement that it was “a lawful process for victims of lawfare and weaponization to be heard and seek redress.”

Democrats and government watchdogs immediately pledged to fight what they called a “corrupt” and unprecedented resolution, warning that the arrangement would unjustly enrich people close to the president with taxpayer dollars and open the door to meritless claims of political persecution. I had all manor of stalls and had to constantly restart. It was slow to boot up and just crappy. I found out that I needed a newer computer as Microsoft had moved on and were not supporting Windows 7 any longer. Without support Windows no longer fixed any cracks in the system.

Steely Dan - the only rock n roll band to have their "old school" raided for drugs by G. Gordon Liddy & actually mention him in that song. Also, Liddy once asked a junkie to lock him in her trunk while on a drug sting at the very bar from whence "the vandals stole the handle" as immortalized by Bob Dylan. That bar is adjacent to Steely Dan's old school & has been a favorite of the students & alumni for decades. Also, Mark Furhman died today.

Mine runs great.When I bought my computer in 2010 and lap top it came with Window 7 and I still get up dates.I think at Work we use Windows 11.So I will just keep using it.I have replaced by screen and mouse. Key pad is still good.I I replaced 3 mouses on my big lap top.I get free screens from work.They have two big boxes of old printers,screens and key boards and others things.I get a removal slip and I can take home.I can show you my Windows 7 working if you dont believe me.I like Ratson.net better on my computer.

MIKE.I just turned my computer on.Here are some pictures I just took.Window 7 is the Best.Also my Printer with fax that works cause I have a home phone.If it is turned on and my home phone rings.It will ring at the printer and display the number that is calling.I bought it in 2010 also

Takes 4 different colors of ink.Is costly.But it does everything.I can take pictures with my Kodak camera and develop small and  big pictures.I have photo paper to do it.Have not done it in awhile.

In 2007 I got a Toshiba laptop with windows 7, it still works just can't do internet very well so I upgraded to an Acer with windows 11 a few years ago but now it's mostly Ratsun and email because the algorithm keeps making my internet world smaller and smaller.

Acer with Windows 11 here too. 32" and a 27" monitors. I run a Nissan parts call up on the smaller one from a separate computer not connected to the internet. That computer has been running 24/7 for 10-15 years. Stopped only to replace the fan that was noisy.
