I think that is why so many people here are missing.Also not good to have organ donor on your driver license.You use to get your driver license here in Georgia cheaper if you are a organ donor and it said it on your driver license.They dont do that any more.Also must take a eye exam at the age of 65 and older here.And if you wear glasses or contacts it will say it on license.Something new here.I wear contacts.Best to not to tell them but no one knows that they will put it on license.So if you get pulled over and your license says you wear glasses and your not wearing them.Then what?It does not say contacts on license. If you flunked your eye exam three times.You will have to go to a eye doctor and get a exam.He may say you cant drive.Guess what?So if he says you cant drive.Does that include a Bicycle?lol.Cause your still driving on the road. I take medication for reduced kidney function and kidney failure was what ultimately killed my father. At least in the United States my kidneys are no bueno. I HATE blood thinners, so I made a deal with my Dr. If I give blood every month and prove it by getting my blood thickness checked when I give blood and take an asprin a day. Wore glasses for over 60 years but a few years back had cataract surgery. So they just put corrective lenses in at the same time. It's only 5k along the RR tracks. Hopefully they don't want any eye exams BS. When my dad was in his 80s they started to throw road blocks against his renewal. It's to keep 90 years olds from driving. Discrimination! He let it lapse and had my sister in law take him shopping. That is what it says on our's.My wife is fixing to have cataract surgery on here eyes.It is 78 per eye with our insurance.She is having them a week apart.I will take her.You should be good.Do you have your paper work on your surgery? DatzenMike got it right, we're falling apart, but for entirely different and the same reasons. I have to keep my blood thin because of a HIGH heart rate. It hovers around 100 at rest. They gave me medicine to slow it down, but then I am tired all the time. I've been living fast, but somehow dodged dying young. Quote Link to comment
