I'm sure such a bill would outlaw hand loading, which would make some of my rifles obsolete and raise the price of ammo. Do you support all the environmental regulations for autos? The islands have a good argument for outlawing, no wait, regulating (with enough money I'm sure you could have a gas fueled "historical" vehicle) the rest of the islands would only use electric transports, state owned, and powered by a massive wave driven electrical plant or floating wind turbines. Did you stop to consider the ramifications to you with what you support? Like all regulations gun control will end up stripping rights from the poor/middle class and empowering the rich. It is already illegal to shoot people, it is already illegal to have a glock switch (excepting SOT), it is already illegal (or restricted) to own magazines over 10 rounds in many states, some states already require ID checks for ammo (California has done that in the big cities for over 10 years, now everywhere). Guess what? CRIMINALS DON'T FOLLOW THE LAW. GUN LAWS DO NOT PREVENT CRIME. ARMED CITIZENS PREVENT CRIME. More gun laws don't work, they only hurt the law abiding. "Senseless gun violence" the media is training you well. "Senseless" without dragging Webster into an adult conversation, I would speculate your intent is that it is "violence" without meaning, without purpose. I haven't heard the details of the student shooting you mention, but Charile Kirk's killer acted with purpose. It has been easy to unveil the meaning and goal he attempted to achieve through violence. Yet, the media has us trained to focus on the instrument used and not the person using it. Deaths by firearm don't even make the top ten killers in the United States and that's even if you use the statistics that include suicides and self defense deaths.
