It's a Quartz clock. But it's slow should read 4:20. What did I win???

Although it's not, it looks similar to a 68/69 510 clock. And if I had it, that's what I would be adapting it for. But I already have one. 🙂

The early 720 had a square clock with quartz but 12, 3, 6, 9 on it.

The A10 has one but the mounting tabs are in opposite corners.

Yeah, someone else thought it was a 720 clock, but when I Googled, all the images had the 12, 3, 6 and 9, which mine does not.

As I said it very close to the '78-'79 A10 the HL510 Stanza.The '80 was digital. The early one is square and has the same tabs on it but my diagram has them on the opposite corners but maybe it's just a left right flip like they do with blueprints for homes.

Given the slight bevel to the surround [see right side of housing] I would bet this is a variant for RHD vehicles.  That would explain the mounting tabs relocation.

Genius! Of course it's a blueprint flip for RHD car. The electrical plug is also different but some of these things are dependent on the export country that are going to.

 

So this could be for a '78-'79 A10 but not the '80 and up.

 

I couldn't find a good picture of an early A10 dash on line.

Trying to recall how this gauge ended up in my parts pile, but don't see how it could be from an RHD vehicle.
