The 510 uses a linkage system so cables are not an option....unless you want to remove everything including the bell crank on the carburetor. A truck one will work.

 

The 210 has the rubber cover molded to the pedal plus it's cable. The 510 has a rubber 'flap' (called a foot rest) that bolts to the floor on a hinge and presses down on the pedal lever.

 

The 610/710 is very similar to the 510.

 

The hinged rubber 'flap' has two mounting holes but there is an extra 3rd dimple in the floor pan that can be drilled out and the rubber shifted sideways depending if standard or automatic. There are standard and automatic pedals but hell it easier to just bend the bottom half of the pedal lever over to make it work.
