frankb
Hi, just got a 510 wagon and it is missing the accelerator pedal. I can't seem to find one online anywhere. Any ideas on what other pedals may be a bolt on match? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
Manual or automatic? maybe it’s the brake that is different? try a b210 bit they are cable at the end Quote Link to comment
demo243
I believe I’m running a 240sx pedal but I am running a cable for the throttle Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The 510 uses a linkage system so cables are not an option....unless you want to remove everything including the bell crank on the carburetor. A truck one will work. The 210 has the rubber cover molded to the pedal plus it's cable. The 510 has a rubber 'flap' (called a foot rest) that bolts to the floor on a hinge and presses down on the pedal lever. The 610/710 is very similar to the 510. The hinged rubber 'flap' has two mounting holes but there is an extra 3rd dimple in the floor pan that can be drilled out and the rubber shifted sideways depending if standard or automatic. There are standard and automatic pedals but hell it easier to just bend the bottom half of the pedal lever over to make it work. Quote Link to comment
frankb
Thanks, guys. It's a manual. I'd like to keep the original linkage, so I guess I'll see if I can find a 610/710 pedal out there on the interwebs. Thanks again, guys Quote Link to comment
