Payco
Took my SSS 3 spoke steering wheel off today to clean the horn assembly under the Bose. I made a big mistake of not photographing it and now for the hell of me I can’t get the resembly right. Aside from the internet photos does anyone have a good photo or diagram of how it goes back together please. Tjanks guys Martin Quote Link to comment

Payco
thanks mate. Its the assembly order between these two sections that I need the order of assembly. Quote Link to comment
carterb
What two sections? That's the face of the column and the back of the steering wheel. Those two faces meet up when you flip over the wheel and bolt it to the column. Maybe you can post what you have and what you are unsure of. I'm happy to dismount my wheel and take more photos for you. --carter Quote Link to comment
Payco
Thanks Carter. That would be amazing as I am driving with no horn at the moment. Quote Link to comment
carterb
It looks like you and I have different steering wheels. Mine is the SSS wheel. --carter Quote Link to comment
Payco
Mine is exactly the same as yours Carter. It’s the SSS wheel same as the one in your photo, Quote Link to comment
carterb
Sorry, I see now your picture is the face of the wheel. I thought you were showing me the back and it didn't match mine. I took a SSS wheel apart for you and took pictures of each step. Hopefully this will help. center horn pad/button removed Remove horn wire screw and three screws holding top plate Looks like this underneath The zinc plated cup sits on top of the nylon disk which sits on top of the big coil spring This is what you end up with Reassembly is reverse. 1 Quote Link to comment
