720 transmission noise

Any chance this noise is a throw out bearing? It only does it when I am either letting the clutch out to take off or sometimes it will do it the entire time the clutch is pressed in. It seems to it more often when in reverse. Once the clutch pedal is no longer pressed the noise goes away which makes me think it's the throw out bearing.

When everything is working as it should, when the clutch pedal is down with the engine running, there should be nothing in the transmission turning. The release bearing will have a huge load on it from compressing the pressure plate. Another source of noise would be the pilot bushing, which is turned by the engine, while the input shaft inside it is not.

I'll wait till you sort the video but right now they both should be replaced.
