Wing mounted Coupe mirror

One of the wing mounted mirrors on my newly arrived Coupe is a little loose. The other side is fine. Feels like there maybe two bolts attaching it and one is loose or missing. Assuming if I remove the front wheel I can access it through the wheel arch. Is my thinking right ?.

They are spring loaded.

There is a nut accessible from the wheel-well.  You can try tightening the nut to increase the preload against the spring.

Be careful though, that part of the mirror assembly is exposed to the elements and can corrode badly so an attempt to tighten the nut may result in snapping off the bolt.  If it doesn't turn easily, I don't recommend forcing it.

Thanks, will try that at the weekend.
