I don't think I could measure it any better that this..I will say its roughly 16mm thick which I don't see below.

I made this to be springy and reach around the slack side curved chain guide. Just push down till it seats and the tip pushes in on the tensioner. You don't have to pound it in like a wedge

Just another 3rd party site, that lists anything, and everything that is already on the 'net.

(even if they don't have it, or know for sure they can get it)

 

Those blue plastic ones are good for about a year before they start cracking, and falling apart.

I bought mine from a Snap-On dealer for about the same price.

When the cheap plastic started to rot, I traced it out on a piece of 1/2" hard wood, and then threw it in the trash.

Years later, my woody still going strong.

Could also be cut out of nylon, or delrin, anything but the crap bio-degradable plastic the blue ones are made of.
