510s at JCCS 2019

Good turnout of 510s at JCCS this year. For some reason they split us into two sections, with the mostly L-series powered cars staged on the harbor side slope , while the mostly SR20 and non-L cars were up on the flat area closer to the center of the show. Sorry I didn't take more pics of those cars.

 

This was one of my favorite cars, a Brockbuster/Screaming Yellow Zonker tribute:

That is a crispy clean Wagon.

 

My second 510 was this pale yellow color, but it didn't look this nice:

 

Warren's '70s period flared 4-door:

 

Another cool flared car, this one had several of the Trans Am décor package accents including the steering wheel, shift knob, and a pair C-pillar medallions displayed on the back seat with the Trans Am décor package brochure and an American Racing Libre wheel with an honest-to-goodness A70-13 Goodyear Polyglass tire mounted! The stock air cleaner and stock underhood presentation is very impressive!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Another amazing Butterscotch Wagon, L-series powered and sporting a rare Coonan Valve cover, dual Weber sidedrafts. and a beautiful foglight grill.

 

 

 

This one was sporting JDM style flares, beefy wheels and tires, and a KA24E.

 

 

...and this cactus green 2-door converted to RHD needs no introduction here...

 

 

Another white 510, this one a 2-door powered by a CA DET.
