Has anyone trimmed there rear fender

Has anyone trimmed their rear fender to accept larger tires and wheels I think this guy did it very Tastefully

Doesn't look bad at all. I see trimming as proof that homework was not done to select the proper offset or back spacing of the rims. My motto is 'make the rims fit the car, not the car fit the rims'. Same with 'rolling the fenders'. That fold that gets flattened actually added structural stiffness to the fender.

It looks like he cut the rear fender such that it matches the roundness of the rear wheel. It doesn't look too bad.

Well I sure wouldn't deliberately cut up my car just for a look. I don't mind the look if you just have to to get the tires on but...

Thats a beautiful Roadster ,I think later years have higher cut on front fenders than early 65 66 , I have a 65 sitting here and a customers 68 at this time.
