wayno Posted August 10, 2019 Report Share Posted August 10, 2019 I am happy it worked out, I would get the proper "T" plug for the back of the alternator, once wired properly them wires will never get mixed up again, that engine moves around when driving it and the wires going from the chassis to the engine flex/move around, I had my matchbox distributor wired that way and eventually the spades started touching each other and the engine would die, it took me a while to figure out the issue, but when cop said he was going to tow my truck I figured it out fast and drove off before he could get the tow truck there, now I have a proper "T" plug on my distributor.
