Crashtd420 Posted July 23, 2019 Report Share Posted July 23, 2019 Possibly..... If it wasnt charging the battery.... Do you have a multimeter to check voltage or a voltage gauge? Battery at rest 12volts, while vehicle is running 14.2 volts..... Have you tried jump starting the truck? Or checked any of the fuses? If you can get it running with a jump and voltage If up around 14 then your altenator is good and your battery is probably going bad.... If the voltage doesnt then yes your altenator would be bad or not turning on.. 1 Quote Link to comment
