Ok, I need the help of some professional* electron wranglers who know about transistors.  I want to make a sort of NAND gate logic switch for the turn signal/hazard indicator.  What I have now is left and right signal wires going through diodes to a single LED and a buzzer (because I know me, and I would drive for hours with the turn signals on if there wasn't something annoying me to turn them off).

This setup is fine for turn signals, but I realized that the hazard flashers would also buzz every blink making it extra super annoying (and potentially murder inducing) if I had to sit on the side of the road with the four-ways on.  So my thinking is, as I said, a NAND logic gate of sorts where if the left signal is on but the right is off, it passes the signal, or if the right is on and the left is off, it passes the signal, but if left and right are on, no signal goes to the buzzer.  I have figured out a way to do it with relays, and transistors are basically relays, so I finger my design should work.  Problem is, I don't know how to wire a transistor.  Here is a diagram of my relay idea...

where "B" is the buzzer, and "L" & "R" are left and right indicator signals.  L & R feed through the "normally closed" circuits of each relay but also feed the signal leg of the opposite relay.  So when the left signal is on, the right relay "dead heads" through the "normally open" circuit, and vice versa.  Therefore, when both are trying to feed, they are both "dead headed" by their relays.

 

My question is, how do I do that with a pair of transistors?

Which type would I need and what goes to A, B, and C or D, E, and F?

I was reading up on carb tuning and one thing that came up time and again was the importance of proper fuel pressure.  So, I bought a fuel pressure regulator like I probably should have done at the beginning.  Today I made a mounting bracket...

attached the regulator (with its fittings and a gauge) to it...

and bunged that onto the gazinta manifold...

Then I tried to clean up the power steering pump and its bracket to no avail.  I ordered a new pump and a bracket and pulley from e-Bay. 

 

I chucked the grotty old pump on...

so I could make return/cooler hoses...

Then my bowels decided they were finished with what I had eaten for breakfast, so I went home.
