Pointers on installing Weber on standard j13 manifold.

I have a dgv 32 36 intending to install on 65 520 with j13, standard manifold.

Any hints to save heart ache?

I am using original intake manifold.  Called redline who told me to get kit from triangle auto.  Total wreck.  It was a mess.  Haven't started yet, but they say the adapter plate works, it looks good.  Only problem looks to be throttle cable.  Did you have any trouble with that?

Question, since the J13 intake and exhaust manifold are joined, how did you seal up the exhaust, or did you also use a MGB exhaust manifold?

You should be able to use the finned divider that seals the intake from the exhaust and bolt it to the exhaust with shorter bolts.

This is it sealing the intake but it should work on the exhaust just as well...
