There are various ways to accomplish this, although there are no kits. 

 

What is your goal?

Have the rear leaves re arched or add a leaf. (off road will be rough so stiffer springs are less likely to bottom out) For the fronts a rubber coil spring spacer...

Also, leaf springs setup for travel can use a longer shackle, you want to make sure it sits at about a 45 deg angle at ride height for proper spring travel. 

 

Strut tubes can also be lengthened easier than they can be shortened, with a sleeve.

Another thing is that your front lower control arms may need to be lengthened to maintain camber.
