yoloSun
I was just setting the timing in the dark, and I saw an orange spark, but only twice. It was at the bolt that you loosen to turn the distributor. Anybody heard of this? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The distributor is grounded through the mount so if any screws are loose it wouldn't surprise me if there was a small spark. 1 1 Quote Link to comment

Charlie69
On the matchbox distributors there is a ground wire for the distributor. Eveb though this is a 6 cylinder matchbox distributor the dround is the same as a 4 cylinder matchbox. Edited April 24, 2019 by Charlie69 1 1 Quote Link to comment

Thanks charlie, I had no idea what that wire was for. I had taken pictures of that wire to ask about but now I know! 1 Quote Link to comment
