Exactly. Once you set the ride height just weld the perch back in place. 

 

I've had coil overs before and once you set height, you rarely ever adjust them

This is my biggest beef with coil overs. They are for race cars so the chassis can be constantly and easily 'tuned'. No one does this on a street car. That's an insane amount of expense to set and never use  again.
