datzenmike Posted December 31, 2018 Report Share Posted December 31, 2018 In town favors the windows being down over the AC compressor but as speed increases so does wind turbulence. At 70 the added drag from wind turbulence is more than the parasitic draw of the compressor. My summer is more temperate and when at all possible I drive with the windows open slightly. Houston? all bets are off!!! Heat and humidity are through the roof. I'd rather be comfortable. 1 Quote Link to comment
