Datsun 510 Wiring Harness

I’ve been looking for a while now, and cannot seem to locate a chassis harness for a 1971 Datsun 510 sedan with an s13 SR20DET motor... Any ideas as where to find an affordable and easy to install wiring harness is?? Any help would be great!! Thanks!

There's no such thing. There are harnesses for the SR's ECU that controls the EFI. These usually come with the import engine and you have to 'graft' it onto the older 510's power and ground. I think there  are some custom ones available on line.

If you can find a stock SR harness Icehouse is a member here and sels the Can/Am box which makes the conversion much easier.

Yeah, once you have the ECU and harness of an SR then get the can am box from Icehouse, it is very simple to wire up and a quick Google search or look for SR swap builds here to get the diagram

I did not do it in my 510 yet, but did it in my hardbody.  Very simple.  Make sure to choose the correct options for what you have.

 

But like Mike says, a stock sr harness with the can am box does the same thing for less if you have some common sense.
