Headlights won’t turn on

Most H4/9003 kits are for 2 lamps. usue 2 relays. aa $ lamp hit uses 3 relays.

All H4 lamps have 3 terminals so I cant see how you can say that 2 terminals???????????????

Your Hightbeams are already rated for the 50watt  lamps so I dont see a need unless you want to run higher wattage.Which will stress your alternator

I’m almost sure that both of my inner lamps have 2 terminals. I’m thinking two harnesses will be better because I’m not sure how I’d wire it otherwise

You need power to all lamps and two grounds that are selected by the dimmer switch. That's it. The outer lamps have Hi and Low beams, the inner lamps are Hi beam only

why would you use the inner lamps with a H4 kit?

the H4 kit is for the outer lamps that get used most of the time.

 

 

If you had H4 lamps already installed on stock wireing maybe thats why it blew or fuses get hot

I’m not really sure how I could’ve used just one kit, but I got the two kits wired in, and my headlights are working great (much brighter then before) and no heat at the switch. Thank you all for the info and help
