My Datsun as I remember it....

I bought my first Datsun in the fall of 1979 when I traded a 1971 VW bug and $600.00 for it....I drove it until June 1981 when I drove it into a power pole...I would purchase a 1971 Datsun from a junk yard for $200.00 and replace all the parts I could from truck to truck...drove the $200.00 truck thru college and even drove my son home from the hospital in it in 1983. I would go thru 2 more Datsuns until getting a 1983 Ford diesel Ranger in 1989 or 1990. This sketch is what I remember it as....it had L60-15's on the rear and skinnys on the front...crazy times right there...(Admin if this is in the wrong place please move it)

We always remember the first Datsun, even if what we have now is better. Mine was a white 280zx auto with maroon interior. It was slow as shit but cruising with the t tops off at night with the heater on full blast was pretty epic.
