Hi Guy's

So Im about to pull the rear subframe on my dime and rebuild everything.

Im on the fence between poly and rubber for trailing arm bushings. I might go mono ball if i think its worth the 400 they cost. (unlikely)

I use the car for autoX and street. I'm not worried about noise or vibration

If this was a full on race car that gets regular inspection and maintenance I'd say knock yourself out with the poly. If on the street at all, there is no advantage and go with rubber..... and it outlasts poly.

I’ve had poly in the entire front for years, never had any issues. I do have the conical tc bushings so there’s no binding. I have all poly for the rear, but haven’t gotten around to it yet, I’ll be watching for answers too.

I noticed an increase in cornering stability and predictability at the limit when I went from rubber bushings to spherical bearings.  With the rubber bushings and the large amount of rear toe in that I run the bushings would deflect so much that my tires would rub when in reverse.  I notices little to no difference in ride or NVH...but my car is loud, as you already know.
